To Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches: How do you make sure that continuous learning is happening when you are not there?
Throughout our experience, it always comes to a point that teams are heavily relying on Scrum Masters and/or Agile Coaches when it comes to continuous learning and performing. Though the main idea behind those two are making sure that teams can handle those on their own, usually when they are absent, all the efforts are going backwards.
So having experienced personnel who can create solid grounds for further development is crucial. And what is important that the two types of specialists should have a mass of tools and solutions to make it happen.
Many times we hear that tools like Atlassian Jira are helping out. But why do we link continuous learning to Jira? How could a project management tool be a handy tool for those specialists to do a proper Agile? Do we have other options which sound more "Agile" to use?
